Zach, the adaptor has a dual purpose, not only is it nice to look at, but, after the "zombie apocalypse", when you can't find strings for your CBG, you can unscrew both the adaptor and record and play it on a hand crank record player for a sing along by the campfire LOL.
Thanx guy's, there's so many good builders here that the only niche I can compete in is being original.
WR, yeah, it does sound pretty good, especially amplified, maybe the record should have been a bit higher for unplugged stuff. I have bad ears, but my wife says it sounds plenty loud enough.
