    I've seen people use a speaker. I'll try that next time. How's the output? Similar to a dynamic mic?

    Thanks for the nice comments,

    I just used an old speaker, could have done with a bigger speaker to give it a heavier sound,

    but i made it so i could upgrade later.

    I wanted the rough look... I think i managed it

    I just made a stomper for my cousin, and it was harder to get a good thump than I anticipated. What are the guts like on yours?  Did you use a piezo? Good looking build.
