Been getting alot of comments on the Dog Dish Copper Finish Resenator Cigarbox Guitar. The holes in the side are 1" drilled out this lets the sound resenate out of the box much like a dobro guitars cone. The Dog Dish is turned upside down and mounted to the top of the box, while the neck is one piece of solid oak that goes through the body and cut to fit the dish. The dish actualey comes in contact with the neck and body at the bottom. The pick-up is one that I built myself,I try to make as many of my own parts on a guitar that I can.Haven't quit figured out how to do turner peg yet. Thats cool fella.....looks as tho you sprayed reso and soundholes copper if so neat job and very striking.
Im planning a similar build as my daughter has a steif teddy bear dog bowl (that should read HAD a teddy bear bowl) which fits in a cigar box perfectly, all ive got to decide is whether to build a three or four string.
