  • i'll photo them up tomorrow and get them off to you... easy and cheap..! I haven't tried inlayed markers yet, found an interesting shell at the beach mother of pearl "like", one day i'll mess around with it. Good luck with yours.

    my projects documented here...http://web.me.com/tom.ring/CigarBox

    if ya like.

  • Thanks guys!

Tom - I am working on my first radiused fret board with inlayed markers right now - just glued it to the neck today. I'm definitely intersted in the jigs you've made and seeing what you've done. I'm using pre-curved fret wire from CB-Gitty for this build, but I certainly don't want to keep paying Stew-Mac prices for fretboard sanding blocks. :)

  • Jon this is a brilliant solution,  ...i found a set of tiny hobby files for 3$, good deal, but they still cut too wide, i actually have one of these packed away, i'll dig it out. thanks.

your work is awesome, i need to post some of mine here, been so busy i have been neglecting the nation too long.

Do you radius your fret boards? i made a couple gigs to bend the wire, and curve the fretboard if you are interested...
