BrianQ. it is that, just something I had literally sitting on my desk (along w. screws, bolts, nuts, etc., etc., so went for it. I don't mind a big angle string-to-ersatz tuner -and the current stick-on piezo pup goes on the back anyhow and sounds great there, so no issues for me played in lap or upright. -Glenn
