Hey Darren! Just lusting over your guitars again. Did you find a pattern on the internet or somewhere for these f holes? I have seen similar ones and have looked online for a stencil or something, but can't find one. If you have a .jpg file of the pattern I would appreciate you posting it because I really want to use this design on my next build.
Also, have you ever considered using a laser cut fan guard for a sound hole cover or amp speaker cover? I saw this one today online and thought of you...

You can find similar designs out there in sizes from 40mm up to 120mm. If you look around, you can find them for as low as $2 per. Just a thought.
