The neck is almost done. It's maple, purpleheart and zebrawood, with a cocobolo fretboard. Still waiting on fret wire for my first build. Ack!

My "shop" is our outside storage locker, all 7' 2" by 4' 10" of it. Makes planning a big part of anything I do. And if it's wet outside cutting with the bench saw is out of the question.
I have just discovered a friend has equipped an entire shop not far from my place, I really can't complain as he is willing to let me use it when needed.
Yeah, the silverware boxes seem to be a little better built, and with a bit of bracing can support the tension of the strings without having to run the neck through the body.
