  • well the great thing about CBG's is that you can always build more if you're not satisfied, so feel free to experiment!
  • ive played 6- string and 12- string guitar , all my life , and i nhaev a six string banjo , i play with it alot too , but 3-4 strings seem to be a little more challenging too me for some reason
  • i think the best thing, if you're a new player, would be to try fretless first, and once you feel comfortable, move on to normal fretting. i've never tried dulcimer fretting, but i'd like to.
  • now see , im thinking , and correct me if im wrong , that a dulcimer fretting would be helpful too new players or people just learning, once again , im talking about a" 3 string"" set up
  • Dewy, (or is it Steve?) i've no idea what kind of wood this is, i just went for a piece of scrap wood.
this neck is simply screwed onto the tin.
  • this is exactly what im looking too do , only a 3string what kind of neck are you using?
    dewy
