Hey John! I used an old brass file cabinet label holder for the bridge and tailpiece. Since the label holder has a gap to slide the paper label in, there is space to tie the strings. I use a threaded rod for the bridge, which allows for spacing adjustments. The open square keeps the threaded rod from moving up and down. I glue and screw the label holder down and it doesn't go anywhere. Hope this helps!
