The thing about this build was the idea of using a motherboard as a box. If you look close it is still a square. The problem was since the start is how to attach a neck to it. It is actually a through the box design but it is only 1 1/2 thick. It turned out ok I think. The neck does give a little at higher tunings but stops and holds its tuning. I think maybe with lighter gauge strings it would not pull as much. None the less it plays fine with these no fret buzz and correct intonation. The bottom line is it will always be like it is no worse no better.

It actually plays and sounds pretty good too. No fret buzz and the intonation is dead on.
