With traveling for work I haven't had time to work on my bass but I managed to squeeze out a simple acoustic 15" scale GDG CBG over the weekend. Clarice means bright and clear and she certainly is. I think the light aluminum bridge helps with that. Build time was about 4 hours total, I think I'm getting the hang of it. :)

Yes, I glued on the label, let it dry, folded the excess label over the edge of the headstock then used some fine sand paper right on the edge to cut off the excess. Finished with a couple light coats of polyurethane. It's not perfect but does have the homemade look. : )
Did you just glue and spray laquer the label on the headstock? I have a couple of those labels from the insides of the boxes sitting around but am worried I'll ruin the edges if I glue them to the headstock and sand the sides of the headstock.
