Well, after going to the SoFla Ukefest last week, the wife decided I should make some for her daughter and kids.This is the start of what I hope will be 5 concert and tenor sized ukuleles.ready by the holidays. The first one will have walnut sides and flamed maple back and sound boards (the prototype), If all goes well, the others will be bloodwood sides and bottom with spruce tops. All will have wenge fretboards. Necks will be bolt-on, made from maple with a cherry or walnut skunk stripe used to wide the stock I have on hand.
