the L bracket slides on the hook and gives you a way to lock off the string, predrilled holes in the neck , then small screws for string trees to take the main force away from the hook machine heads.
Broom handle , moulded strip wood curved in under side so glues straigth on broomhandle, shelf bracket, feed strings back through string eye.... hey presto Ratbox 2 string thang... 2 string dowel bridge, plastic joiner bracket nut.... most stuff came from my kitchen strip out...
they seem to work.. you could go around the screw head twice might improve... good enough for a song or 2

with quick drying glue... was under an 1 hr build time and looks it ... hence buggified pics!
