CBRLS - Fretboard construction

Bit unorthodox, or the hard way. Prepared a bunch of pieces with flat bottoms and sides, glued them (Titebond III is good for this, better for hardwood, and a long working time, about 6 minutes) to a 1/4’’ piece of oak slightly oversize than fretboard. Let dry a week or three. Then slowly cut on table saw, flat then vertical. (Cannot find the hex key for the loose screws in my head). Then sanding. Then more sanding. Then frets. Then more sanding. The laminated pieces added color. Scarfed the headstock in.
