    Hi Lionel.  Thanks for the comment.  I'm going to try on with sound holes... will be interested to hear the difference.

    These are my favorite shape boxes, hard for me to find. I put in a press ion bass pu and added sound holes afterwards. The sound holes were the key for this box, I think I uploaded pics of the one I built like this
