Oblique angle shot for this guitar. I'll retrofit this one with a little port in the back to replace the potentiometer if necessary. The medium acoustic strings sound loud and strong. I may try light acoustic strings to see if I can keep that sound while being easier on my wimpy, non-callused, city-boy fingertips. Looking for those Goldilocks strings.

These guitars are great slide monsters. And later if you feel the need you can rework it down to finger pickin. I like reworking some of my guits. Coming at them with new energy is fun.
You are right about that action, Dave. I'd need to remove that oak bridge, unstick the piezo from the hot glue there, and take an eighth to a quarter inch off the thickness. Making a wine bottle slide is way easier! :D
