    I print the graphic on a sheet of paper and tape it to the box as a template.  No jig saw - I use a rotozip bit in the drill press as far as I can, then finish with needle files.  This one was lots of filing!

    How did you do the wheat cut outs?  I'm assuming you did them with a jigsaw and dressed up the holes with a small file.
