I can zip through 20 or so in a couple minutes on the band saw, run em across the bench grinder for a good deburring then polish them off with a hand file. Done.
Help yourself to anything Craig, I use a 3/8" offset hinge and cut the stile piece section of the hinge off on the bandsaw. I have an old blade I put on the saw and wear goggles of coase then I cut 20 or 30 at a time for a little stock pile. The bandsaw cuts through them like a hot knife through butter, beats a hacksaw :-)
love your tin builds, maddog. always fun and well done.
hope you don't mind if I 'borrow' your tailpiece design? Made one last night out of a hinge 'cause the guy who has me building that lunchbox build I'm working on wanted a strap button too and your design is ingenious!

That sounds a lot quicker than the dremel and cutoff wheel method I used! Thanks!
Thanks so much Craig!
