I also added another layer to this headstock... it began by me making a potentially huge mistake: I cut the depth way too shallow on the headstock. This was after I had already shaped it. I needed to make it thicker, so I glued another piece of maple to the back, and thought it would look cool to "layer" the design like you see here.
