More progress - piezo and jack installed, neck finished and mounted, nut rough cut and installed. I'm getting excited about this build!Thanks to Wichita Sam for the Corian nut blanks!

Thanks! This one is glued along the bottom of the box with a 1/4" or so gap between the neck and the top lid so it has some room to move with the strings.

Also, the neck extends all the way to the opposite end of the box to support the side where the tail piece is screwed in to handle the string tension.
