CBG 10 - Bolivar 6 String

My first 6 string - an oak and ipe laminated and scarfed neck in a Bolivar box with a radiused cherry fretboard. Getting a little ambitious here. :)In the background is CBG 11 - an oak and teak laminated neck with a figured maple fretboard in a sharp Partagas box.

  • Thanks!  Yeah, my guitar teacher was showing me a bunch of different neck angles and how they were used by different manufacturers to create sharper string angles over the bridge (and thus prevent a nasty buzz I was getting on an earlier build).  I thought it sounded like a good theory - time to prove it to myself. :)
