Second attempt & First successful build of a CB dulcimer. Found out what works (for me) and, more importantly, what doesn't. THANKS loads to everybody who waded in with comments and info to help me get the tuning right. That VSL info was right on!

Have you considered creating a CB dulcimer or guitar with a built-in kalimba. I did some tentative experiments using bobby pins as tines, but I think you could do the concept real justice. Food for thought.
