Thanks MD, we've been blessed to be able to rent this cottage for over 20 years sharing it with family & friends. Brewster MA. is almost in the elbow of the Cape & is famous for it radical tide shifts & flats. I've seen tides that go out over a mile & as you can see in the pic exposes sand bars that go for miles & miles. Great for hanging on the beach, play bocce, horse shoes, flying kites, long walks, cocktail hour. Plus, we are far enough away from the main land that we get horizon sunsets, which is rare on the east coast till you hit FLA.
