You know whats wrong with making a bolt on neck??? I know there are those that don't like them but I use them all the time.... In softer woods you have to be careful so I pretty much have gone to a barrel nut... Take care
that plate has a good set of numbers/letters with the 1L1 in the bridge location area. good job rodney reguardless of any mistakes you might make i can see that you are a thinker to think things thru kinda in advance of yer build stages. i make lots of mistakes but covering them up always leads to some expected change for the better that i would prolly not have thought of if it werent fer the mistake i made in the first place. have a great holiday rodney.

Or you can do what I do sometimes when a wood build goes wrong.I sometimes spray on a fog coat of flat black, let it set a second and then wipe it back off.It gives the wood an aged look if you like that sort of look.
