It all started with an eBay cigar box that turned out to be a wine box the size of a suitcase! Too big for a CBG but hmmm, what about a dulcie?. So here she is: Laminated sapele neck, 4 strings tuned DAdd, and that box reworked to 1/2 the width. Surprisingly loud.

Beautiful job, Love the neck solution. I'm collaborating with a friend on a very long box dulcie. The box top is a long door panel. Removed the old paint with a heat gun. That worked great. Now it's lead free.... I couldn't find a dulcie fretboard, so it will have a full fret neck. I love your big box and CBG style neck with the bridges like a dulcie. Good job....
