I found this cookie tin banjo at Goodwill. I was completely charmed; it was love at first sight. It has a basic acoustic pickup and a sweet yardstick fretboard. Looks like it was made from a kit and I had to put a lot of work into it to get the action right. And now that I’m using good quality guitar strings it sounds really great. I’m not much of a player so I use it in an experimental way, which is why I picked up a cheap bow to hear how that sounds. This is my BBF who played viola at school putting it to the test
