I came up with this idea after listening to a T Boone Pickens interview, someone asked him about expensive oilBoone said, "well, my great grand daddy was a bounty hunter, he went after all kinds of criminals in the wild west...what do you think....he charged by the bullet???that sure shut up that person giving the interview fast!
