got a serving tray holder sort of thing from Goodwill that fit just right to wrap around resonator, and protective plate that keeps the resonator plate from touching anything. This is my second with this design, and with both plates being metal, this time I might get a slight echoing boost from the back plate to the resonator plate. Don't know yet... What I DO know is that played unplugged I reckon it will be nipping at a Dobro's heels.
