    Thanks! The clean cut is the result of that video I linked on my blog. You score the bottle along a tape line with a glass cutter, then run boiling water and cold water over the score line to make the glass flex and break cleanly. It works great.

    I drink a lot of wine :) just trying to make a decent bottleneck but never achieved such a fine one :(
