Somebody asked about building disasters. Here I was re-using bridge parts, and some moron (not me) had Superglued or Loctited the tiny adjuster screws into the bridge pieces. Me-Not-Thinking twisted out the Allen socket on a couple; then I figured out to heat them up with a soldering iron to loosen the corruption (who would Loctite a little thing like that?!). Two screws didn't work out that well, so I figured I'd drill and tap for 4-40 screws I had on hand - that didn't go so well, either. I finally said the heck with this nonsense, made a little ebony shim, and we're good. Sounds fine, too - I'm tempted to do it to the others ...
