I thought I had a few cassette's tucked away in a box somewhere, but I've moved 5 or 6 times since those days so I don't know if the tape recording part works, or if the mic works. Both the AM & the Fm work great, & as an amp I am quite happy with it for a 1st attempt. There's no tone control so that's a bit of a minus, but I can play along with the AM or FM, or by itself. I'd like to get rid of all the AC Power stuff but don't want to destroy what I have, or curl my hair if something goes wrong. I can frame a house and do a few other things, but all I know about electricity is that it can do magical things & it can hurt you without warning. Hoping to learn more but not the hard way.

Does it record while you play? I have one pretty bet up I'm trying to fix.
