yes it ia attached from the back just like a fender same neck plate and all. I will be using a fender top load bridge as well and will have to reinforce the top of the box, but I'm waiting on the bridge to get here for that. sure hope this helps.
How did you attach the neck on this build? It looks like the internal bracing is drilled for screws in the neck pocket area - did you fasten it from the back?
