The fretboard is good, the neck...the heel is in 3 pieces, but it has a couple of cracks right where the top pegs are- you can see it if uou zoom in on it- don't know if I should try to reglue it, or just try to salvage the fretboard. It's glued on really good. It has an adjustable truss rod, and really crappy tuners
