Hi again Marko & Bluesheart... Diesel Punk is exactly what went through my mind. ... Marko that little story I made up about the Treasure found in a discarded Trabant ,referencing one of your pics of this build ... Diesel Punk is a kinda "Coldwar" aesthetic to me ... like relics lost in time after the collapse of the "Iron Curtain" . Some people's take on it references Nazi Germany ,which I find bit sinister to be honest ! .. I Imagine someone in the past, at a USSR border post passing this guitar secretively to a man in raincoat and trilby hat in exchange for a pair of Levi 501's or a Rolling Stones LP :-D
