  Thanks guys,  Leaning toward a parts box, but it would be cool for steam punk.  That is something I have not done.

  Pretty good, Craig.  Heading out to the shop to make some wooden teeth.   May make a second set and use as a cbg saddle.  Put some bite into my blues.

  Thomas, I may not build with this one, but you are absolutely right;.  Red would look good and better than black.

  I don't think you're quite that old John :-)

  I don't value stuff on what it is listed on "Evilbay" to much. Try looking through Etsy and see what comes up, I can do some checking with a couple dealer friends also. It sure is pretty though, great find!

  Thanks, Pat.   Just tried to research it.   Made by NJ Alumimum in Trenton, New Jersey.   There is a box from them on ebay right now that is arguably cooler than this one and it is at $28.00 with 2 days to go.   It was listed as pre 1915?!?!   I would not have guessed so old.  Gees, I was a little kid then.

  There was another aluminum box on ebay at $58.00,  but I did not like that one.

  I paid $12.50 for this one.
