Thanks for your input & interest BQ, have now dropped the G a half step to F# on both builds, and where I thought it sounded nice before, it now sounds even more nicerer!, "Thank You" for enlightening me! :-)
"BQ", I'm definitely a Dummy when it comes to Musical Knowledge, but I was led to believe that D E G A B (Low to High) was a Pentatonic Scale of some sort. :-)

Minor pentatonic would be D F G A C & Major pentatonic would be D E F# A B

That’s a different tuning, I’m used to seeing them tuned pentatonic?
