Whipped this one up on the weekend to mark whats known as “Remembrance Day” in Australia, and “Veterans Day” in the USA, the Tin Sign was gifted to me a few yrs back, and sat unforgotten on a shelf, in the belief that it was too big to do any thing with, Wrong!, it’s now what I believe is described as a “Big Box Guitar”AGP #373 - “Lest We Forget”(3 String Baritone Tin Sign Guitar)Scale :711mm / 28inchesStrings : .040NW/ .026NW/ .018NW/Tuning : G / D / g /The Box is recycled Fence Palings, the Neck is Cypress Pine, both finished with 3 coats of a brush on French Polish Lacquer, and a 4.3k Delta Type Pickup is hardwired to the Output Jack.Resisted the strong urge to take to the Box & Neck with the Gas Torch!, also toyed with the idea of covering the Box with Veteran related Pyrographic Phrases, but thought the simple "Lest We Forget" on the Tin Sign says it all, didn't cut any Sound Holes into it while building, working on the theory, add them later if needed, something I do with a lot of my builds, I'm not sure if this one needs them or not, sounds reasonably loud and nice enough at the moment without them, even to my deaf ears!:-)

"Thanks BQ", More of a support and screw pegs for the recessed Sign than bracing, tried to keep it to a minimum, but it's all Pine, so it's reasonably light for its size. :-)
