i don,t have it attached yet rusty,i have a block that will go against the back of the neck heel inside the box,the block will glue to one side of the wall of the box and the neck heel will glue to the outer side of the box and the block and neck heel will glue to each other in the center.this pic just shows the truss rod installation. the truss rod was salvaged from another vintage neck from the late 60,s or early 70,s that was not in any shape fer a 6-string guitar.

What type of glue did you use..? I want to use glue also, but I am concerned about string tension.
