Walnut & ash with quilted maple fretboard. Vintage humbucker blended w/internal piezo. I botched a lefty build by cutting the pickup hole in the wrong place. This is the righty built after I finished the lefty with another plate.

Ah - blended: the rear pot is tone with a 47u cap. The forward pot is a blend/balance, So, 100% piezo when all the way counter-clockwise, 100% humbucker when all the way clockwise, 100% of both at the middle detent, and you roll off one or the other as you dial away from the detent towards the outside extremes. It lets you dial in just enough piezo to get warm fuzzy sound, but dial out feedback that piezos are known for when you amp is cranked up.

But, using the piezo as tone cap also works nicely and can achieve similar results in terms of dialing out the feedback.

Yup. Great lookin' LPG. I need that paired with a 59 Ford like I used to have back in the day.
