    No actually it has turned a dark orange but still even more colorful.

    I don't stain it at all just clear and after a year or so it is a dark orange color but still has a lot of depth and sparkly parts.

    beautiful!  OSAGE ORANGE is such cool wood.  Is it true the older it gets, the purple-er it turns?
