in the photo there is a black San-shin, a genuine appalachian dulcimer, and then of course my recent efforts. Note the second from the left is classical strings as I ran out of normal ones - sounds like the Sanshin

    Until recently all the cbgs I made were left "unfinished" now they are just abandoned :)
