Thank you Roger for your reply. Well, your build certainly does looks good. So, I am not surprised it functions well too.
Of course, I ship my CDs to England. I only have two CDs listed on the European Ebay site (it cost too much to have so many auctions running), but they are all listed at www.ebay.com (US site) Search: keni lee and you can simply purchase them there. Australia, UK, and Germany are my largest international buyers.
My dog, Onyx loves music and sit by my feet anytime I take out my guitar. LOL
Sure, I made a sort of key to turn them with so I can get them really tight but still turn them. It's all about using what's in my shed at the time. they are steel strings and they do stay in tune once they're settled. I'm no musician but get a lot of satisfaction from making cbgs etc. It keeps me sane in this crazy world.
How come you don't ship your cds over here in England?
Check out 'nobbynickernacker1' - just google it.
Good to hear from you Kenny. Dig your dog, does he play too?
The friction pegs look great. I have no experience with them, but I alway feared they would basically be a pain in the @$$ compared to geared tuners. Do they tune easy and stay in tune with steel strings? Or are you using the more traditional nylon (gut) strings. Regardless, it looks real nice.
