Drill a .75 hole in a scrap of thin wood - slot down to hole from edge and stick it thru the hole - clamp wood in vice and hacksaw that bugger off I used a thin piece of bandsaw cuttoff and even after a chunk broke off my home made clamp/jig it still works. Hope thats clear - will try to post a pic this evening.
