Thought a group photo might be nice. on the Left is my 2nd lap steel, then my first, then the third, and my latest, still needing knobs. They all work great. I've got no trouble with the pups, just my learning curve on tone pots and wiring em up.

JP, actually, we missed the recent rains and could use some. I'll be back to the garden tomorrow to water. It takes all day as we use a sump pump from the lake and need to get the water up to the garden. Lots of footwork with buckets. But, i'll get to work on my next lap steel, #23. It's modeled after a Silvertone from the 40s. I'll cut the pup and pot pocket and make a cover plate in Padauk, like these guys...
