I find that the box design often dictates what you can do with it. For that Partagas your layout is pretty much the same as mine....which is pretty much the same as many other builders. Unless you are particularly "arty" there is not a great deal that you can change....bridge design perhaps, and output jack position & type. Other than that don't let it worry you...no such thing as copying in my opinion.
