Thanks BrianQ., well this 'un was a failure for a few reasons, I then just filled most (not all) the holes, painted 'er black and left the pickup where it was, decided to try again w. good tuners and eureka! So we'll see... still needs position markers and maybe a nut at least on the 3 string side. Little thing is under 20 inches so easy to carry on for a gig in Winnipeg in early Nov..
