This is my 27th 3 string Cigar Box Guitar build. The box is an Arturo Fuente, with cut out sound holes.
It has a 25 inch scale, with the fret spacing based on "Just Intonation" (a shout out to Del Puckett of “Puckett Cigar Box Guitar” for the fretboard pattern)
It has a red oak neck that has been stained with a ebony stain, along with the bridge. The fretboard is poplar with zebra striped guitar picks punched out for fretboard markers. I also installed black side marker dots too.
It has a flat magnate type of pickup (from MGB, 2k) mounted under the lid by the neck, and a Piezo pickup mounted under the lid by the top of the bridge. So there is a Volume and Tone knob, along with a switch to toggle between the pickups.
