    Hey thanks guys!  I just use my scroll saw and a sander.  The dominos I use are pretty hard so it takes some time but well worth it.  Then I just notch some string guides with some needle files and go deeper on the headstock side so the string only rests on a small part.

    This looks great.  I like the domino idea.  How did you cut it?  Could it be done with a hand saw?
