Changed out the bridge plate to lower the bridge and reconnect the ground wire and changed the wiring to the tone pot. It's done, sounds great. Sound sample to come soon.

Thanks I looked at em and I realy like the look I have 3 double actions. I will try with some viniger stain oak see if i can get a scooped out effect. And see how that combo reacts;-)
Hey South Paw, i'd be honored for your use of my ideas, whatever they might be. The method is easy and not too tedious. I just use masking tape to make each marker with paper on the edge of the tape to mask the part of the neck not finished yet. I use a T square to mark off my frets in pencil tracing across from my model fretboard. I like a double action brush for the spray, but i've used a single action on the first ones and it worked fine, just more grainy.
