Yeah the vine is commercially available. And Pick is definitely the first one to use it, in a way I see it as his. As far as I know he doesnt have a patent on the vine part. He does have a patent on the design and style of the Elder Swampwitch though. I also have the record for most swapwitches. I've bought around 14 and have like 9. Im def a big fan of the swampy.
